About the role

Agora Sant Cugat International School is seeking a passionate Early Years Native English Teacher to join its Early Years Department. The role begins on 1 September 2026 and involves delivering high‑quality, play‑based learning for children aged 3‑6 in an inclusive, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the Early Years curriculum.
• Support children’s emotional, social, physical and cognitive development through inquiry‑based activities.
• Promote early literacy, communication and creativity.
• Observe, document and assess progress, providing feedback to families.
• Maintain a safe and safeguarding‑compliant classroom.
• Collaborate with specialist teachers and school leadership.
• Participate in school events, meetings and professional development.

Required profile

• University degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Experience teaching Early Years (ages 3‑6) and strong knowledge of developmental stages.
• Dynamic, empathetic, child‑centred approach.
• Strong teamwork skills in an international setting.
• Valid work permit for Spain/EU (if applicable).
• Availability to start in September 2026.
