EHS Supervisor (HSE - PRL)

About the role

Lear For You is looking for an EHS Supervisor (HSE - PRL) to coordinate and drive the Environmental, Health and Safety program at the Martorell JIT facility. The role ensures compliance with company standards and applicable regulations, works closely with employees, supervisors and site leadership to promote a proactive safety culture, reduce workplace risks and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the site's EHS program to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits and workplace risk assessments across the facility.
• Lead job safety analyses and support the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
• Deliver EHS training, including onboarding, refresher training and awareness campaigns.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Monitor EHS performance indicators and prepare reports supporting compliance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operational teams to implement safety improvements and support emergency preparedness, drills and response plans.
• Participate in safety committees and promote employee engagement in EHS initiatives.
• Ensure environmental requirements are understood and integrated into daily operations.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, Environmental Health or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in environmental, health and safety roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Ability to influence, train and advise employees and leaders on safe work practices and accident prevention.
