Ejecutivo/a de Ventas en Playa Blanca

About the role

The Sales Executive will support the implementation of Barceló's commercial strategy at the Playa Blanca resort, driving market prospecting, client acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with the hotel team to ensure coordinated sales activities and optimal results.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect the market, capture new clients, close sales and follow up on accounts.
• Analyse market trends and competition to increase market share and regional positioning.
• Coordinate actions with other hotels in the area and execute joint work plans.
• Report all commercial activities in the BePlus system according to established protocols.
• Manage an assigned client portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present commercial reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism or a related field; postgraduate studies in Business or Commerce are valued.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial department.
• High level of English; additional languages such as French or German are a plus.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and office software.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using the BePlus reporting platform.
