EMEA Physical Logistics Lead & Masquefa CDC Logistics Excellence Manager

About the role

Bosch-HomeComfort is looking for an EMEA Physical Logistics Lead and Masquefa CDC Logistics Excellence Manager in Barcelona. The role manages the performance of the Masquefa Central Distribution Center (CDC) and drives logistics excellence across the EMEA distribution network through 3PL governance and cross-functional coordination. It is the main interface between the business and the logistics service provider, ensuring high service levels, inventory accuracy, productivity, scalability and cost efficiency. The position does not manage warehouse operations directly.

Key responsibilities

• CDC governance: act as business owner of CDC performance, monitor KPIs and SLAs, run weekly and monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews with the 3PL, and drive corrective actions
• 3PL relationship: build a constructive partnership, develop scorecards and improvement roadmaps, benchmark performance and support contract governance
• Continuous improvement: lead projects on productivity, inventory accuracy, backorders, capacity, order cycle time, WMS processes, automation and digitalisation
• Cross-functional coordination: work with Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, Sales Operations and Operations, and prepare for seasonal peaks and new products
• Transportation and customer delivery: monitor outbound logistics, work with transport providers to improve OTD and DIFOT, and escalate delivery issues

Required profile

• Logistics professional with strong experience managing 3PL-operated distribution centers, using influence rather than direct operational control
• Strong influencing skills, stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders and countries, with a customer-focused approach

Travel of 25-40% to EMEA is required.
