EMEA Quality Performance Engineer

About the role

The EMEA Quality Performance Engineer is responsible for end‑to‑end service quality and engineering performance across a defined set of repair partners within the Services Supply Chain. The role focuses on quality execution, partner governance, and value capture while also maintaining global technical documentation for assigned commodities.

Key responsibilities

• Own quality performance for assigned repair partners and commodity portfolio, ensuring alignment with global targets.
• Drive proactive risk identification, rapid containment, and resolution of quality issues.
• Lead corrective actions and structured root‑cause analyses across repair partners and product lines.
• Manage engineering governance of outsourced repair partners, monitoring KPIs such as quality, yield, efficiency, scrap and NTF.
• Establish and run governance cadence including performance reviews, audits and escalation loops.
• Execute repair yield improvement and waste reduction initiatives linked to business targets.
• Support product lifecycle stages from NPI to end‑of‑life, ensuring service readiness and stability.
• Create, maintain and deploy global technical documentation, incorporating field learnings and RCA insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality performance management within a services supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with global engineering, suppliers and operations to close complex issues.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving corrective actions and value capture.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate governance reviews and documentation deployment.
