Enabling Technologies Project Lead (Iberia)

About the role

The Enabling Technologies Project Lead will own the launch and ongoing deployment of Enovis' ARVIS system across Iberia, ensuring high‑quality execution, training, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of the ARVIS Limited Market Release and early launch phases, meeting all milestones.
• Oversee surgeon, OR team, and internal stakeholder training and provide hands‑on support for the first cases at each site.
• Coordinate system deployment, logistics and site readiness, acting as the local point of contact for operational issues.
• Validate hospital and surgeon readiness before go‑live and support early KOL engagement.
• Monitor post‑deployment utilisation, identify adoption barriers and drive continuous improvement.
• Support introduction of additional digital and robotic solutions and ensure market‑wide standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business or related field.
• 7–10 years of MedTech experience, preferably with surgical technologies, navigation, robotics or capital equipment.
• Proven track record in product launches, clinical support or field operations and cross‑functional coordination.

Required skills

• Strong operational execution mindset and ability to manage complexity.
• High credibility with surgeons and clinical teams; excellent stakeholder management.
