About the role
We are looking for a Residential Site Manager to lead the construction of housing projects in Bilbao. The role involves overseeing structural works, finishes, and ensuring the project stays on schedule and within quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the execution of structural works and finishing phases on residential developments.
- Coordinate on‑site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production progress, control quality, and enforce safety regulations.
- Maintain project documentation and report status to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and control on‑site production.
- Good understanding of construction processes and quality standards.
