Engineering Integrated Planning Management – WL/WF Analysis

About the role

An Engineering Integrated Planning Management professional will join Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, supporting workload and workforce processes across Air Power programmes. The role combines AI‑driven planning, tool development and data analysis to improve decision‑making for senior engineering management.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and model AI tools within the planning department architecture and deploy them in CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, develop and maintain engineering tools using .NET Core, MVC, EF, LINQ and micro‑service patterns.
• Ensure data consistency for workload planning, support exercises such as OP, FC, EAC and generate reports for top management.
• Develop modular, reusable code for application tools and micro‑services, and automate deployments with Git, Artifactory, Jenkins and SonarQ.
• Optimize and administer databases (MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL Server) and manage Linux/Windows server environments.

Required profile

• Software Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong background in machine‑learning and AI tools (e.g., n8n, qdrant, oLlama) and high‑level programming in C#, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML.
