Engineering Manager, AI / ML

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our AI/ML team in developing and deploying cutting‑edge machine‑learning, vision and generative AI solutions that integrate with our quantum‑inspired products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an international team of engineers to design, implement and deliver AI/ML solutions for top‑tier clients.
• Define technical direction, create project plans, allocate resources and manage risks across complex projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, ensure high‑quality documentation and transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement and guarantee successful production deployment on cloud platforms.

Required profile

• Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics or Engineering with 5+ years industry experience.
• At least 2 years of proven project‑management experience leading engineering teams.
• 3+ years of hands‑on work with data‑science, generative AI or deep‑learning in an industrial setting.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying ML/AI systems, including RAG and agentic AI, in cloud environments.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Docker containerisation.
• Git version control and GitHub/GitLab workflows.
• Agile development methodologies.
• LLM fine‑tuning, alignment and model‑compression techniques (e.g., pruning, TensorRT, vLLM).
