English Educator for Home Schooling (IB) – Marbella

About the role

We are seeking a fluent, native‑level English educator to provide full home‑schooling for two young children (4 and 6 years old) in Marbella. The role follows International Baccalaureate (IB) principles and focuses on delivering a structured, engaging learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive home‑education programme aligned with IB standards.
• Teach core subjects with a strong emphasis on mathematics, using play, communication and interactive methods.
• Monitor progress, achieve clear educational results and adapt the curriculum to each child’s needs.
• Motivate and inspire a genuine interest in learning.
• Travel with the family as required across Spain, Singapore and London.

Required profile

• Native‑level English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in British or international education systems is preferred.
• Professional presentation and ability to work in private households.
• Outstanding academic background, particularly in mathematics.
• Chess skills are a strong advantage.
