English-Speaking Tech Support Specialist (Remote, Spain)

About the role

An expanding international iGaming team is looking for an English-speaking Tech Support Specialist who can work from home anywhere in Spain. You will provide technical support in English to customers through chat, email and phone, and contribute to a diverse, innovative environment that values growth and well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support in English via chat, email and phone for a range of iGaming products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and account issues for players across platforms.
• Explain product functionality, account management, security and troubleshooting steps clearly and accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the right teams while keeping ownership of user cases and following up promptly.
• Spot recurring problems and share trends or risks with management and development teams.
• Help create and maintain internal documentation, FAQs and knowledge bases.
• Stay up to date on product updates, common issues and evolving iGaming technologies.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication; other languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working autonomously from home in a remote, multicultural team, and able to cover shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays if needed.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
