Enterprise Sales Team Lead – Retail

About the role

Too Good To Go is looking for an Enterprise Sales Team Lead to drive its retail key‑account strategy in Spain. You will lead a team of Key Account Managers and Partner Growth Managers, helping the company expand its impact on food waste reduction through strong supermarket partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a retail team of three Key Account Managers and four Partner Growth Managers.
• Own the retail sector pipeline, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Proactively identify and pursue new supermarket accounts, securing meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Conduct in‑depth research on prospective partners, map decision‑makers and understand buying processes.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations that communicate the food‑waste solution.
• Manage existing key accounts, strengthen relationships and drive store coverage, supply growth and zero‑waste initiatives.
• Prepare reports, financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with partners and growth teams to plan and execute large‑scale store roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience with major brands in the supermarket/retail sector, preferably in Spain.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong business‑development mindset with a track record of winning new key accounts.
• Excellent research, stakeholder mapping and negotiation skills.
• Ability to produce high‑quality presentations and articulate the company’s mission.
• Experience in account management, forecasting and large‑scale rollout coordination.
