Entertainment Manager – Catalonia

About the role

Acttiv is seeking an enthusiastic Entertainment Manager to lead a team of entertainers across Catalonia. You will coordinate daytime and evening programmes, ensure high‑quality guest experiences, and collaborate closely with an area coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and schedule daytime and evening entertainment activities for teams of 2‑12 performers.
• Organise staff rotas, monitor time‑recording, and report activity data to Acttiv.
• Maintain compliance with Acttiv’s quality policy and address team needs.
• Participate in shows, interact with international guests, and gather positive reviews.
• Attend training sessions, meetings with regional entertainment leaders, and evaluate team performance.

Required profile

• At least one season of experience as an entertainment manager.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as French are a plus.
• Relevant education in tourism or entertainment is valued but not mandatory.
• Available for the period May 2026 – October 2026.
• Dynamic, creative, organised, resolute, with strong leadership skills.
