ERP Roadmap PMO Support – Project Management Role

About the role

A new role for the ERP Program PMO department is open, offering dynamic project‑management challenges within Airbus Defence and Space.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and integrating schedules, budgets, resources, and quality metrics.
• Scheduling and planning programs/projects, including task distribution.
• Managing project risks and opportunities.
• Supervising, controlling, and reporting on performance (milestone tracking) and phase reviews.
• Controlling contractual data configuration and managing changes.
• Implementing new project‑management tools and processes.
• Collaborating closely with other PMOs in an international environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a PMO role (PMP certification is a plus).
• C1 level English with excellent oral and written communication.
