About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will manage all HR functions for the Barceló Montecastillo hotel, ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting the well‑being of staff and guests. This position acts as a key link between the HR department and the hotel’s operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer personnel processes, including contracts, payroll, social security, and tax compliance.
• Oversee labor relations, recruitment, employee development, and occupational risk prevention.
• Forecast and monitor the HR budget for assigned projects.
• Execute actions defined by the Zone Director and HR Management.
• Serve as the liaison between HR leadership and business units in the absence of the HR Business Partner.

Required profile

• Degree in Labor Relations, Law or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a generalist HR role, with experience supervising staff.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong organizational abilities and proactive problem‑solving skills.
