About the role

The Financial and Insurance Specialist will be responsible for marketing and selling MAPFRE insurance and financial products to individuals, self‑employed professionals, SMEs and groups. This position is part of a strategic growth project for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the full range of MAPFRE insurance and financial solutions.
• Identify and develop relationships with potential customers across target segments.
• Provide personalized advice and support throughout the sales process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum education: compulsory secondary education.
• Commercial experience is valued but not mandatory.
• Dynamic attitude, strong social skills, entrepreneurial spirit and a business‑owner mindset.
