Estate Management Couple – Private Partridge Shooting Estate (Full‑time Live‑in)

About the role

This is a full‑time, live‑in position for an experienced couple to manage a prestigious private partridge shooting estate of roughly 350 hectares near Alcoi, Valencia. The role combines day‑to‑day estate operations with high‑level game and habitat management, ensuring an exceptional shooting experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the shooting estate, including game and habitat management.
• Plan and execute high‑quality shoot days with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train and manage gamekeepers, permanent staff and seasonal teams.
• Maintain estate infrastructure, accommodation, vehicles and equipment.
• Control budgets, procurement and operational expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with hunting, environmental and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Coordinate agricultural and conservation activities to support sustainable game management.
• Develop relationships with clients, sporting agents, suppliers and local authorities.
• Implement security and anti‑poaching measures to protect estate assets.

Required profile

• Couple with proven senior‑level experience in sporting or shooting estate management.
• Hands‑on, proactive and highly self‑motivated.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Strong people‑management skills, comfortable leading permanent and seasonal teams.
• Discreet, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to live and work in a remote rural mountain setting.
