Ethics and Compliance Expert Iberia

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Expert to support its Iberia operations. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring that the company’s compliance framework aligns with global policies, local regulations, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute proactively to the ethics and compliance strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with business development teams to provide timely compliance advice for new initiatives.
• Ensure customer needs are met with high standards of ethical conduct.
• Manage core compliance functions, including risk assessments, policy implementation, training, confidential reporting, investigations, third‑party risk, and M&A support.
• Support the creation of standards based on global policies, applicable laws, and industry codes.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Business or a related field, at least at Master level.
• 5‑7 years of experience in compliance, legal or related areas within multinational companies.
• Proven track record of implementing and monitoring compliance programs.
• Expertise in at least two core areas such as human rights, trade compliance, data privacy or competition law.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (or French).
• Collaborative mindset, strong influencing and negotiation abilities, and comfort in a dynamic, high‑energy environment.
