EU Operations Director

About the role

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is seeking a strategic and analytical EU Operations Director to lead end‑to‑end logistics performance across Europe. The role oversees the full product flow from vendor pickup to final customer delivery, ensuring service excellence, cost control and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations across the Netherlands, United Kingdom and France, including inbound transportation, customs clearance, warehouse operations, outbound distribution and reverse logistics.
• Manage commercial and operational relationships with EMEA 3PL partners, negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with US Global Planning on demand signals, inventory strategy and S&OP inputs.
• Control operational costs, drive transparency and execute cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Lead major transformation projects such as WMS implementation and operating model evolution.
• Conduct feasibility analyses for new warehouse models and network redesign.
• Lead and develop a cross‑country operations team of six FTE, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Process or related) or equivalent operational background.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading logistics transformation in fast‑moving, seasonal industries (fashion, apparel, sportswear, footwear, outdoor).
• Proven experience managing multi‑site 3PL operations across several countries.
• Strong background in cost control, budgeting and carrier strategy.
• Demonstrated analytical and project‑leadership capabilities.
