Expeditor – Supply Chain Coordination

About the role

The Expeditor will ensure reliable and efficient flow of materials across Venezuela EMs and Sole Cost operations. This role acts as a key link between procurement, warehouses, suppliers, logistics providers, customs authorities and end users to maintain inventory availability and support business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on material deliveries, verify supplier compliance with promised dates and ensure timely receipt at warehouses and user sites.
• Prepare consolidated reports on schedule changes and work closely with the warehouse supervisor to prevent stock‑outs.
• Provide expediting services for all Venezuela purchase orders using ERP (Garner) and maintain data integrity of the expediting module.
• Coordinate shipment logistics with freight forwarders, customs and inspection agents, ensuring compliance with organic customs law and special permits.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics, identify gaps and implement improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, O&G, Logistics, Administration or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, expediting or warehousing operations.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with customs processes, import/export logistics and related regulations.

Required skills

• ERP systems (e.g., Garner) and ERP expediting modules.
• Microsoft Office suite, Power BI and Power Apps.
• Digital analytics tools and data‑driven reporting.
• SCM ERP platforms and supply‑chain management knowledge.
