About the role
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance team, ensure safety compliance, and manage budgets for our school environment. The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and well‑functioning facilities that support the learning experience of our children and students.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate daily operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections and audits.
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and optimise resource allocation.
- Coordinate with external contractors for large‑scale repairs and projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all school facilities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within an educational setting.
- Relevant certifications in facilities management or a related field.
