Faculty Instructor – Nursing (Full‑time)

About the role
The Department of Health Science at Saint Louis University’s Madrid campus seeks a full‑time Faculty Instructor to teach undergraduate nursing courses. The position begins in September and involves a six‑course load per academic year, supporting the university’s mission of education, research, service, and healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver six undergraduate nursing courses annually, ensuring high‑quality instruction and student engagement.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to nursing students.
- Participate in departmental service, curriculum development, and scholarly activities.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain accreditation standards and promote interdisciplinary initiatives.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or PhD in Nursing.
- Eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri.
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
- Relevant clinical experience in nursing practice.
- Strong commitment to teaching, advising, and service.
- Ability to reside and work in Madrid, Spain.
