Fashion Designer – Light Woven Womenswear

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to lead the Light Woven category for womenswear. You will shape the creative vision, translate market trends into collections, and ensure commercial success across our stores.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the creative direction for the Light Woven womenswear line.
• Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inspire innovative designs.
• Develop seasonal collections from concept to final product, including sketches, fabric and trim selection, colour palettes, and technical packages.
• Ensure optimal fit, silhouette, and garment construction, providing feedback during sample and fit reviews.
• Collaborate with Buying, Product Development, and Merchandising to align assortment strategy, pricing, and production feasibility.
• Monitor category performance, gather consumer feedback, and adjust design strategies to improve results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in fashion design with a strong portfolio in Light Woven womenswear.
• Ability to balance trend forecasting with performance data and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
