F&B Attendant – Luxury Hotel in Mallorca

About the role

Jumeirah Mallorca is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to join its luxury hotel team. You will deliver high‑standard service to guests in a stunning cliff‑side setting, ensuring every dining experience reflects the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages according to Jumeirah standards.
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables, buffets, and service areas in excellent condition, supporting daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery.
• Handle food, beverages, and service equipment responsibly, following hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and unobtrusive presence with guests and colleagues, embodying the company’s values.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, able to provide a personalized high‑end guest experience.
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a luxury setting.
