F&B Service Expert – Afternoon/Night Shift

About the role

The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for hotel guests by delivering attentive food and beverage service during afternoon and night shifts. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables according to hotel standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, addressing guest needs throughout the meal.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including dining rooms and service stations.
• Handle menu information, verify items, and assist guests with selections.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and moving supplies on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, uniform standards, and professional communication.
