Finance & Administration Internship – Airbus Helicopters Spain

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters Spain for an 11‑month Finance & Administration internship starting 1 October 2026 in Albacete. You will work full‑time (40 h/week) supporting daily financial and administrative operations while receiving a study grant.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing administrative and financial documentation.
• Support budget monitoring and control of expenditures.
• Help prepare financial reports and presentations.
• Participate in account reconciliation and data verification.
• Provide procurement support, including vendor management and invoicing.
• Maintain document filing and departmental record organization.
• Learn financial management processes and tools used in the aerospace industry.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
• Proactive attitude, quick learner, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
