Finance Operations Assistant (Data Entry)

About the role

The Finance Operations Assistant will process and allocate deposits received from external agents, ensuring accurate recording in the company’s systems and updating agent balances. This temporary position supports the accuracy of financial records and assists the Accounts Receivable and Credit teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review deposits received in Ria bank accounts and record transactions in the system.
• Allocate payments to external agents and update their balances.
• Process high‑volume daily financial transactions with high accuracy.
• Validate receipts and proof of deposits according to company procedures.
• Identify and flag discrepancies such as partial payments, duplicate deposits, or missing references.
• Escalate issues to Accounts Receivable or Credit teams for resolution.
• Maintain complete records of all processed deposits and support bank reconciliation when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative, finance support or data processing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently.
• Good analytical and organisational skills.
• Minimum A‑Level education or equivalent; finance qualification is a plus.
