Finance Operations (FR/EN) – Barcelona

About the role

Join Naboo’s Billing Operations & Customer Support team in Barcelona as a Finance Operations specialist. You will provide bilingual (French/English) support to clients and suppliers, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth financial processes for corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑end customer support, responding to client and supplier inquiries within SLAs.
• Validate final amounts from suppliers for past events and ensure correct invoicing to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding items, manage potential disputes, and own the end‑to‑end support process.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, reporting on team performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of customer support experience at a tech scale‑up.
• Fluent in English and French (German a plus).
• Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Strong numerical aptitude, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to leverage AI or automation to improve operations.
• Eager for high‑growth challenges and willing to shape a function from the ground up.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
