Finance Reporting Analyst – Head Office P&L

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Reporting Analyst to join the Head Office Reporting P&L team within BNP Paribas’ Infinity Finance HUB in Madrid. The role ensures accurate Group P&L submissions, drives data quality and provides analytical insight to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit flawless Group P&L statements, ensuring compliance with Group and CIB Finance standards.
• Reconcile financial and management accounting figures and promote data quality across expense reporting.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for regional stakeholders.
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Support local finance teams and business heads with expense analysis and KPI explanations.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Experience in finance or management accounting, preferably within financial services.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and French GAAP.
