Finance Reporting Analyst – P&L

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Reporting Analyst – P&L to join the Infinity EMEA Finance & Strategy Platform of BNP Paribas. The role will support accurate P&L reporting across Europe, providing insight that drives the bank’s strategy while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile financial and management‑accounting figures in line with Group and CIB Finance standards.
• Promote data quality by consolidating manual entries and driving remediation plans.
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions and KPI dashboards for regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local finance, SMS/HOR teams and business‑line controllers to deliver insightful expense analysis.
• Lead the creation of performance‑management expense reports and identify new reporting needs.
• Provide backup support to smooth workload peaks within the team.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of financial or management‑accounting experience, preferably in financial services.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, adaptability and strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• PowerPoint
• Knowledge of IFRS (asset) standards
• Familiarity with French GAAP (a plus)
