Finance & Strategy Manager – Remote (Spain)

About the role

As a Finance & Strategy Manager you will design and operate the financial systems that power Hopper’s B2C, Media, and Sales businesses. You will partner with senior leaders to provide data‑driven insights, build AI‑enhanced forecasting tools, and automate reporting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a finance engineer for business leaders, turning operational drivers into automated reporting metrics.
• Architect long‑range forecasting models and AI‑driven "what‑if" simulations for 3‑5 year roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain code‑based finance infrastructure, writing and optimizing complex SQL and BigQuery pipelines with LLM assistance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Media teams to create automated frameworks for tracking CAC, sales velocity, pipeline health, and incentive modeling.
• Produce real‑time dashboards and weekly performance briefings that scale across the organization.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 5‑7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance at a top‑tier tech company.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial, builder mindset.
• Experience supporting sales and media functions, understanding unit economics and pipeline modeling.
