Finance Transformation Analyst / Consultant (Risk CFO)

About the role

As part of Accenture's Financial Services practice, you will join the Risk CFO team as a Business Process & Finance Transformation Analyst/Consultant. You will work with leading financial institutions to design, optimize and implement business processes that improve financial planning, governance, reporting and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, risk functions and technology teams on initiatives such as budgeting, expense management, financial forecasting, cost allocation and data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement business processes, analyze current-state processes and develop future-state designs using established methodologies and tools
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders, and support large-scale finance and risk transformation initiatives
• Contribute to expense management and spend governance, P&L forecasting, and cost allocation frameworks
• Improve financial transparency, reporting accuracy and decision-making through collaboration with finance and risk stakeholders
• Drive data governance to improve data quality and consistency, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements, and support risk assessment and control activities
• Develop change interventions, engage stakeholders, communicate recommendations and risks to business leaders, and support training, communications and transition activities

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Design, Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Risk Transformation, FP&A, Data Governance or a related discipline
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, expense management, cost allocation or management reporting, and with business, finance, risk and technology stakeholders
• Preferred: experience in Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets or Insurance, and understanding of Risk CFO operating models

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design and Data Governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience mapping and optimizing end-to-end processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Tools: ERP, SAP (FP&A, CO, FI, Cost Management, Financial Reporting), Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan, Infor, and data governance frameworks
• Preferred: exposure to finance and risk data management environments, regulatory compliance, process improvement, change management and risk assessment
