Financial Controller – Madrid

About the role

Giunti Psychometrics is seeking a Financial Controller to join its Madrid team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing the company’s financial performance and supporting strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support and oversee accounting activities, ensuring accurate recording of costs and revenues.
• Prepare adjustment entries, accruals and verify compliance with cost‑center and business‑line dimensions.
• Execute monthly closures and analyse margins and variances against budget.
• Produce revenue analyses and sales reports for management.
• Assist the commercial department with bonus calculations and sales analysis by business line, client segment and product.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an accountant or controller.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to financial data.
• Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of ERP Business Central is a plus.
