Financial Data Analyst

About the role

The Financial Data Analyst works cross‑functionally with Sales, Underwriting and Finance to deliver portfolio analysis, performance reporting and data‑driven services for Zurich's global employee benefits customers. You will collaborate with internal teams and external network partners to ensure high‑quality data delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships and activities with Network Partners and Customers.
• Produce professional analytics and reports for customers and partners.
• Streamline processes and data analysis to maintain delivery standards.
• Monitor portfolio data and performance metrics.
• Ensure financial and accounting closing are performed on schedule.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to identify data sources and improve operational reports.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, financial reporting or accounting.
• Strong understanding of data administration, large data‑sets handling and decision‑support analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project‑management skills.
• Business‑level English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Advanced Excel
• Power BI (or similar data‑visualisation tool)
