Fleet Procurement Specialist – Airline Fleet Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Fleet Procurement Specialist to support a leading low‑cost airline in Barcelona with its fleet transformation programme. You will coordinate procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of aircraft materials, components, and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support purchasing of aircraft materials, cabin interiors and technical components.
• Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, deliveries and project requirements.
• Maintain records and traceability of materials, components and configuration selections.
• Prepare and manage supplier documentation, specifications and communications.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams (Operations, Procurement) and external partners such as Boeing.
• Facilitate meetings, track actions and ensure follow‑up of commitments.
• Monitor project milestones, prepare reports and presentations, and support data analysis for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations or project coordination within an airline environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, operational settings and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
