About the role

Join the team at the iconic Ritz-Carlton Abama Resort in Tenerife as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be the face of hospitality, delivering memorable dining experiences to guests in a stunning 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Take accurate orders and provide recommendations on dishes, wines, and special menus.
• Serve food and beverages according to resort standards of quality and presentation.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas.
• Handle special requests and resolve issues promptly and empathetically.
• Promote upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed about resort promotions, seasonal offers, and local attractions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in hospitality or fine‑dining environments.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Valid work permit for Spain.
