About the role

Join the vibrant F&B team at Generator Barcelona and help create unforgettable guest experiences across our bar, café, kitchen and Pikio Taco outlets. You’ll be part of a fast‑moving, innovative hospitality brand that values personality and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the F&B Supervisor/Manager.
• Work in one or more outlets (Bar, Café, Kitchen, Pikio Taco) and adapt to business needs.
• Deliver high‑quality coffee, food and beverage service while offering a unique twist for guests.
• Own the guest journey, responding quickly to requests with a proactive attitude.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and health‑safety standards.

• Motivated, organised and passionate about hospitality.
• People‑oriented with a genuine desire to be part of a dynamic brand.
• Willing to learn and cross‑train across different F&B outlets.
