Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Resort in Tenerife

About the role

Domes Resorts is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations at its new 5‑star lifestyle resort, Baobab Suites, in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. This hands‑on leadership position offers full accountability for service delivery, team culture, and guest experience, allowing you to shape the brand’s F&B identity from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring service excellence aligned with Domes standards.
• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance overall hotel services and operations.
• Maintain SOP, HACCP, and ISO compliance across all F&B departments.
• Train, develop, and motivate F&B staff to deliver top‑tier guest service.
• Forecast F&B needs, manage inventory, and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and conduct monthly inventory checks.
• Participate in budget preparation, monitor costs, and produce regular performance reports.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of F&B team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism; MBA or Master’s degree considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of resort experience in food and beverage management.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of budget management and cost control.
