About the role
As a Food & Beverage Service Expert at Renaissance Barcelona, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
- Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining rooms, and service stations.
- Handle guest transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
- Read and verify menu information accurately.
