FP&A / Finance Partner

About the role

This position is based in Spain and sits at the heart of financial decision‑making. As an FP&A / Finance Partner you will bridge data, strategy and business performance, shaping budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning while delivering insights that support executive decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve financial planning, analysis and forecasting processes to provide accurate visibility into performance and trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Lead annual budget preparation and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor budget performance, investigate variances—especially in manufacturing costs—and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform in‑depth financial and investment analysis for projects, initiatives and business cases.
• Produce high‑quality financial reports, dashboards and KPI tracking tools for management.
• Analyze manufacturing cost structures (labor, materials, overhead) and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, sales and other functions to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis, scenario modelling and strategic deep‑dives for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to work with complex datasets and financial systems.
• Proven experience partnering across functions and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable with manufacturing cost structures and financial discipline.
