France & Benelux Customer Care Executive

About the role

The role centralises communication with France and Benelux customers and distributors across the order‑to‑cash cycle, handling orders, deliveries, returns, claims and bad debt to meet service and receivable targets.

Key responsibilities

• Centralise the relation with France & Benelux customers throughout the order‑to‑cash process.
• Review order status, provide updates and handle EDI, SAP and email orders.
• Provide logistic or descriptive product information and notify customers of out‑of‑stock situations affecting orders.
• Unblock EDI orders, resolve workflow issues and ensure sales orders can be created.
• Review and release orders for delivery, manage delivery delays and coordinate with logistics teams.
• Modify orders and deliveries, group shipments and follow up on transport issues.
• Manage claims, analyse them and create credit/debit notes in the system.
• Maintain day‑to‑day customer communication, propose solutions and share functional KPIs to identify improvement areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer‑care or order‑to‑cash role.
• University degree.
• French native or professional proficiency; fluent in Dutch or Flemish, English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Experience with EDI systems.
• Proficiency in SAP.
