Freelance Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You will work with existing business partners, introduce a new payment terminal solution and guide them through activation. This full‑time freelance mission offers a guaranteed hourly rate and performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing partners from a provided portfolio.
• Present the payment terminal solution and explain its benefits.
• Guide partners through installation and activation.
• Answer questions and address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support partners throughout the onboarding journey until activation is completed.
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with various business partners.
• Ability to quickly understand and explain technical processes in simple terms.
• Strong listening and relationship‑building abilities.
• Empathetic, patient and solution‑oriented.
• Registered freelancer located in Spain, native or fluent Spanish speaker.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools.
