About the role

We are looking for a diligent dishwasher to join the team at Barceló Montecastillo Hotel in Cádiz. The role ensures that all kitchenware and related equipment are cleaned to the highest standards, supporting the smooth operation of the hotel's food and beverage services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning and good condition of all customer‑use items.
• Maintain the assigned facilities and cleaning equipment, including dishwasher machines, hand‑washing stations, pot‑scrubbing stations, and garbage compactors.
• Use chemical detergents, disinfectants and rinse agents according to safety guidelines.
• Follow the company's safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
• Previous experience in a similar position is valued.
• No language requirement; hospitality knowledge is a plus.
• Team‑oriented attitude, high energy level and good time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Operation of dishwasher machines.
• Use of hand‑washing and pot‑scrubbing stations.
• Handling of garbage compactors.
• Application of cleaning chemicals (detergents, disinfectants, rinse agents).
