Fregador/a – Occidental Torremolinos

About the role

The Dishwasher will ensure that all tableware, kitchen utensils and equipment used by guests are cleaned to the highest standards. Working within the Occidental Torremolinos hotel, you will support the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of all guest-use items.
• Perform routine maintenance of the assigned kitchen areas.
• Operate and care for cleaning equipment, including dishwasher machines, hand‑wash stations, pot‑scrubbing stations, and waste compactors.
• Use appropriate detergents, disinfectants and rinse agents according to safety guidelines.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is valued but not mandatory.
• Interest or knowledge in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently.
