French Reservations Agent – Central Reservation Office, Madrid

About the role

Join Minor Hotels' Central Reservation Office in Madrid as a French‑speaking Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests booking across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to confirmation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms, providing accurate hotel, product and service information.
• Perform up‑selling and cross‑selling to maximize revenue while exceeding guest expectations.
• Maintain compliance with reservation procedures and ensure timely confirmations.
• Update and manage booking data in the reservation system and related databases.
• Collaborate with the supervisor and team to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Flexibility, proactivity and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Availability for full‑time, on‑site work with flexible scheduling.
• Background in hospitality, tourism or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in reservation management or customer service is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic computer literacy, including internet navigation and database usage.
