French Sales Representative – Valencia

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Representative to join our vibrant team in Valencia. You will work directly with private and business customers, helping them discover the best printing and design solutions while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers by phone and email, focusing on warm leads – no cold calling.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and guide clients toward the most suitable products.
• Assess client needs quickly and provide tailored recommendations.
• Log interactions accurately and share feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain long‑term relationships, turning prospects into loyal customers.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (oral and written) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication skills and an engaging personality.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
• Passion for sales; interest in the printing or design industry is a bonus.
