French-speaking Assistant Accounts Receivable (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Assistant Accounts Receivable to join our EMEA headquarters in Alcobendas, Madrid on a temporary basis. The role supports the Accounts Receivable department by ensuring timely collection of payments from French external agencies and providing assistance to clients and agents.

Key responsibilities

• Update receivables by verifying bank deposits and recording them in the system.
• Contact clients to resolve missing payments and recover overdue amounts.
• Handle inbound calls from agents regarding balance inquiries and make outbound calls to collect funds.
• Provide ad‑hoc data analysis and information as requested.
• Maintain accurate account records and monitor debtor status, including account suspensions.
• Meet established timelines and objectives for assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum A‑level education; a degree in a financial discipline is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, self‑discipline and positive attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication in French; English or Spanish also required.
• Team player with good organization and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
