French‑Speaking Account Manager (Spain)

About the role

Lightspeed is looking for a French‑speaking Account Manager to join its team in Spain. You will act as the primary liaison for existing customers, helping them maximise the value of Lightspeed’s POS, payments and integration suite. By understanding each client’s business goals, you will guide them toward the most suitable solutions and drive long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions, ensuring customers extract maximum value.
• Serve as the main point of contact, building trusted, long‑term relationships and proactively supporting client success.
• Identify growth opportunities, execute upsells, cross‑sells and expansions aligned with client objectives.
• Deliver product demos, support onboarding and monitor usage of Lightspeed tools.
• Track account performance metrics such as MRR, NRR, customer health and engagement.
• Manage churn risk, resolve issues promptly and negotiate renewal agreements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on initiatives that boost customer experience and recurring revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Proven success in quota‑carrying SaaS or technology sales roles.
• Strong ability to understand complex business models and align solutions with client goals.
• Experience building relationships with executive‑level stakeholders.
