French‑Speaking Business Development Representative – Madrid

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking Business Development Representative to join our growing technology team in Madrid. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to generate new business opportunities across French‑speaking markets, helping the company expand its footprint in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research companies in French‑speaking regions, targeting key decision‑makers.
• Generate new leads using phone calls, email outreach and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects, understand their business challenges and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to nurture the pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Continuously develop sales, communication and prospecting skills through coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, resilient and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ambitious with a long‑term interest in building a career in technology sales.
