French‑Speaking Personal Cruise Consultant

About the role

Join MSC Cruises in Valencia as a French‑speaking Personal Cruise Consultant, responsible for guiding customers from initial interest through to confirmed bookings while delivering the premium MSC experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales conversations from initial interest to confirmed booking, handling objections and managing urgency.
• Drive upsells and take ownership of individual revenue targets (NTR).
• Build and nurture a personal client portfolio using inbound requests and proactive outbound campaigns.
• Maintain structured follow‑ups in the CRM to encourage repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
• Master MSC itineraries, ships and pricing to recommend tailored solutions that align with customer needs and the premium brand experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in phone‑based consultative sales, preferably in travel, hospitality or premium retail.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on conversion, results and meeting targets.
• Ability to build and manage customer relationships, guide decision‑making and navigate objections.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Based in Valencia, Spain with full right to work in Spain.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
